Citibank reached out to Nimble for help creating an identity video for their Customer Operations division.
They let us know that the rest of Citi, “Has no idea who we are and all the things that we do”.

The goal was to produce a piece that was informative yet easy to digest by viewers.

The idea of when one person has a request it is followed by many different steps and people to fulfill that request was born, and the 4 vignettes that comprise this video were developed.
