Editor Mark Viglione Honored with Bronze PromaxBDA award for Global Excellence in Promotion, Marketing, and Design

 

We are pleased to announce that Nimble Division editor extraordinaire, Mark Viglione, has been recognized by Global PromaxBDA for his excellent work with Nickelodeon International’s campaign for the rebooted Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a personal childhood favorite of Mark’s. He was ecstatic at the chance to work with Nick International on a series of 1-2 minute behind the scenes videos. The digital campaign, entitled “Mutation Madness,” drove kids to watch the series featuring the new mutated characters that would become foes or allies of the turtle brothers. It took months to put together the 15 videos that would help draw a new generation to his endeared franchise.

His was awarded bronze in the “Behind the Scenes Promotion – Long/Short Form” category against stiff international competition. In addition to the online content, the series of spots will be featured as bonus content on the international release of the Season 2 DVD set.

We couldn’t be more proud of Mark and his award-winning work… Cowabunga! Or as the new version goes, Booyakasha!
